Types of Therapy Sessions

Depending on your goal, the timeframe of the sessions can vary. To solve 1 or 2 issues, usually 3-6 sessions are enough (Brief, Solution focused therapy).

To support you through a bigger transformation, such as a midlife crisis, loss of a loved one, divorce, working through major childhood traumas a longer timeframe works better (usually 3 months- 12 months).

During the initial 30 min free call, we can discuss what timeframe suits you best. 

Therapy

From time to time we might face some difficulties in our lives which can result from present situations or earlier traumas. Some of our unresolved issues can stem from early childhood, even if we don`t remember these events consciously. With the help of Hypnosis and Time-line therapy, we are able to go back to the root cause of these issues and solve it, so we don`t have to suffer in the present anymore.



​Unresolved issues can cause inappropriate anger, impatience, exhaustion, moodiness, lethargy, weakened immune system (causing frequent colds and flu), anxiety etc..

Performance

Let’s say you are preparing for an exam, job interview, presentation or an important speech. When we mentally rehearse the event in a positive way, we are strengthening the neural pathways required for that activity making it more likely that we can reproduce that again in the future when we have to perform.



The effect of Mental Rehearsal is even bigger when it is done under Hypnosis. Brain scans show increased activity in the sensory and motor areas of the brain, which means whilst in this state you have greater capacity for mental imagery.

As our habits and behaviour reside in the unconscious mind, we are able to make changes easier on this level rather than in a normal waking state.

 

With the help of Positive visualisation, Hypnosis and NLP we can retrain the neurology so that we behave in a more resourceful way.

I use a range of relaxation techniques such as Progressive relaxation, Positive visualisation and Hypnosis. These techniques have an immediate positive effect on our stress levels.

I can also identify your mental strategies that create unnecessary stress and teach you more effective ways of coping with stressful situations.
