In my life, I went through 2 major life crises, I experienced the darkest times, when I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I felt completely lost. I reached a point when I even asked: "What's the whole point of this? It would be better to just fall asleep...I am tired of this life." I manifested chronic illnesses due to my elevated stress levels.

I struggled to find a long term relationship for many years. Nobody understood why I was so "unlucky". I know it now...it has nothing to do with luck, the explanation was in the life stage I was in and its caracteristics.

Now I know...crisis is part of life, part of our growth, part of our human evolution and it can be the biggest transformation to something better.

And the sooner you act, the sooner you go through it.

When we decide to ignore the emotional or physical signs of a crisis...or when we try to maintain our old lifestyle even though we feel deep down that something is not right, something is missing....

we are jeopardising our health, we are jeopardising our career and last but not least our relationships or reducing the chance to meet the right partner.

It took me a while to overcome all of these...but looking back, I  appreciate those times as they are why I'm able to do the work I do now. I also came to the understanding, that nobody is "done" even after years of therapy, there might be a time when we need help again.

For those of you who are interested in the methods I am using:

I am a qualified Master Hypnotherapist, Master NLP practitioner, NLP Sport practitioner, Advanced Akashic Soul Practitioner and Somatic Trauma practitioner. I`ve done various relationship courses in the last 5 years as well as courses about human developmental theories, such as Spiral Dynamics...etc

To cut story short, we are all on a journey, we can always progress and go further, so my learning will probably never stop. :)

Of course I still use these tools and techniques in my every day life as the therapy tools helps me to learn fast, be more creative and to overcome my fears, blocks and self sabotage. I used to have a phobia of Public Speaking, it was so strong that I couldn't even say my name in front of a group without panic and racing heart beat, now I enjoy teaching groups regularly.

I have used these methods to mentally prepare for Tai Chi European Championships winning 2 golds and 1 silver.

So when I say it`s possible to change things, I definitely mean it :). Therapy can be useful when we don`t feel good, as well as when we are in a good place, but want to excel and improve our skills.

But, that`s enough about me...I want to hear from you!
